Renewing Subscriptions

After the new Broadway season is announced, season subscribers for the current season have priority access to renew their subscription seats for the upcoming season. Subscriptions can be renewed online on the Hippodrome Broadway Series Account Manager website, by calling the season subscriber hotline, or in person at the Box Office. Once renewed, season subscribers have priority access to buy tickets for the additional Broadway Season Option shows that are not a part of the subscription package.

Automatic Renewal

Your season tickets will be automatically renewed each year beginning with your renewal for the 2023/2024 Season.

  • We’ll send you an email with the details that will include the full Season lineup, the credit card we have on file for your renewal, and the payment schedule for your renewal based on what you chose when purchasing or renewing your season tickets for the previous season.
  • You’ll be charged for your renewal several days after the season is announced. If you’d like us to use a different credit card or payment schedule for your renewal, please call your Dedicated Subscriber Hotline at 800.343.3103 Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.
  • If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, cancellation is easy. Details for canceling your season tickets for the upcoming season will be included in your season announcement email.

Not Satisfied With Your Current Seats?

After the renewal period, all renewed subscribers will be invited to review available options to change seating locations or performance days and times BEFORE new season ticket packages go on sale to the public. Current subscribers always have access to the best available seating inventory FIRST – just one of the great perks of purchasing season tickets.

Exchanging Tickets for an Individual Show

Only subscribers can exchange tickets into another performance of the same show if you can’t make it. For most shows, you can exchange up to 48 hours prior to your performance (or by 5pm Friday for weekend shows). Tickets can be exchanged online, by calling the season subscriber hotline, or in person at the Box Office.

If you exchange into a higher priced seating location or performance, you will be charged the difference at the time of the exchange. If your exchange into a lower priced seat or performance, you will be refunded the difference to your credit card on file within 5-7 business days of completing your exchange. Additional restrictions may apply.

Step 1: Tap Exchange Tickets on the Tickets tab and log in with your email address and password.

Step 2: Select the event you wish to exchange tickets for.

Step 3: Tap the More icon (ellipsis in a circle) to the right of the My Tickets heading and choose Exchange.

Step 4: Check off the seat(s) you want to exchange and tap Continue.

Step 5: Select the performance you want and choose your new seats on the interactive seating map. Your new seats will be added to your cart. Tap Continue.

Step 6: Review the details of your exchange and, if all is correct. If you need to make any changes use the green Edit buttons. If all looks okay, tap Next to checkout and complete your exchange.

Step 2: Tap the Person icon and log in with your email address and password.

Step 3: Choose Manage My Tickets from the main menu.

Step 3: Select the event you wish to exchange tickets for.

Step 4: Tap the More icon (ellipsis in a circle) to the right of the My Tickets heading on mobile or click the Exchange icon on a desktop computer.

Step 5: Check off the seat(s) you want to exchange and tap Continue.

Step 6: Select the performance you want and choose your new seats on the interactive seating map. Your new seats will be added to your cart. Tap Continue.

Step 7: Review the details of your exchange and, if all is correct. If you need to make any changes use the green Edit buttons. If all looks okay, tap Next to checkout and complete your exchange.

Buying Additional Tickets for an Individual Show

Season subscribers are given priority access to buy extra tickets for most performances before the presales and the public on sale. Additional tickets can be bought online, by calling the season subscriber hotline, or in person at the Box Office. For most shows, there is a nine (9) ticket limit. Ticket limits may vary by show. If you need more than 10 or more tickets, please contact Group Sales at 443.703.2401 or by emailing Groups@BaltimoreHippodrome.com.

Step 1: Tap Buy Additional Tickets on the Tickets tab and log in with your email address and password.

Step 2: Select the event you wish to buy extra tickets for.

Step 3: Choose your seats on the interactive seating map. Your chosen seats will be added to your cart. Tap Continue.

Step 4: Review your shopping cart and tap Checkout.

Step 3: Choose Buy Tickets from the main menu.

Step 4: Select the event you wish to buy extra tickets for.

Step 6: Review your shopping cart and tap Checkout.

Changing Subscription Seats

Once you have renewed your subscription and the renewal deadline has passed, you will be invited to upgrade or move your seats or change your performance date and time. Upgrades will change your seats and/or performance for all shows in you subscription package. You’ll be able to review and choose from the available seats yourself in the Hippodrome Broadway Series Account Manager or Hippodrome Theatre app. You will be notified via email when the upgrade period will begin. Upgrades only become available from seats that become available from subscribers who do not renew for the next season. Options may be extremely limited.

If you are looking to change your seats or performance date and time for an individual show, subscribers will be notified via email when individual show ticket exchanges become available.
