Digital Gift Cards

You will receive an email with directions for accepting your digital gift card.

Broadway show prices vary depending on the show, performance timing, and seat location. For current specific show prices, visit our website here and click the Buy Tickets button to explore.

If the ticket exceeds the card value, the recipient can pay the difference. If it’s less, the remaining balance stays as a credit for future use. You can use the button below for information on how to purchase or redeem a Broadway Digital Gift Card.

If gift card purchasers or recipients do not receive the digital gift card email, please check your spam folder. You will receive an email and will need to log into (or create) your free account here to redeem. You will see your account credit during the check out to use as payment. If you need assistance redeeming, please call 866.698.7469 (Monday – Friday, 10 am to 5 pm ET).

Digital gift cards may be redeemed toward account credits to purchase tickets for shows that are currently on sale to the public and presented by Hippodrome Broadway Series, including season subscriptions, eCLUB and group sales tickets. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for purchases through Ticketmaster.com, any other events presented by another organization, or at the theatre.

Digital Gift cards purchased through your Hippodrome Broadway Series account do not expire. No inactivity, dormancy or service fees apply to any digital gift cards.  Once the gift cards are redeemed for account credits, the account credits are valid for 5 years from the date of gift card redemption and are subject to other terms.

We understand that emergencies happen. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor unused tickets for a missed performance. No refunds can be given for past performances.

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled, the Hippodrome Theatre and Ticketmaster will inform customers via phone, email, or mail with information regarding the ticketing policy. Ticket holders are encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information.
